A Simpler, More Secure Way to Share Information with Us

At Accounting Heart, we’re always looking for ways to make working with us easier, more secure, and more streamlined for our clients.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be introducing a new client information and document-sharing system powered by Content Snare.

What’s Changing?

Rather than logging into a traditional portal with usernames and passwords, you’ll now receive secure, request-based links via email whenever we need information or documents from you.

This means:

  • No passwords to remember

  • No navigating complicated portals

  • Clear requests for exactly what we need

  • Secure uploads through personalised links

  • A simpler and faster experience overall

How It Works

When we need information from you, we’ll send a secure email request outlining exactly what’s required. You can simply click the link in the email and securely upload your documents or complete the requested information.

You’ll also be able to initiate requests directly through the Client Portal page on our website. For example, if you need copies of documents from us, you can submit a request online, and once we’ve verified the request, we’ll securely share the documents with you.

Why We’re Making This Change

Our goal is to improve your client experience by making communication and document sharing:

  • Easier

  • Faster

  • More secure

  • More intuitive

We know traditional portals can sometimes feel cumbersome, especially when passwords, logins, and navigation get in the way. This new approach is designed to reduce friction while still maintaining strong security standards.

Keeping Your Information Secure

Security remains incredibly important to us. All requests and uploads are handled through secure, encrypted links, and we’ll continue to verify identity before sharing sensitive information.

We’re excited to roll this out and believe it will make working together even smoother.

If you have any questions as we transition to the new system, our team is here to help.
